flu spreaders

i couldn´t finish the downtown plaguespreaders quest yet,i mean the quest in which one must kill the main guilty ones involucred in spreading a mortal flu hehehe, i killed a woman but i cannot kill the nosferatu, he is to strong for my character, what would you recomend me to do??? please some good suggestions!!!

What clan?

I had difficulties too with that one one. Just try and try and try, take a good supply of Bloodpacks with you and if you play Tremere use the Bloodarmor. I used a sword to kill him because I think its easier than taking a gun.

Killing brother Kranker

He's a tough enemy to fight.
Probably because at this point of the game, your character isn't very strong yet, specially if you focused on social and skill attributes more than disciplines and fighting skills.
If your character is weak, try blood buffing (to try to take a little less damage) and avoid him shooting him with the shotgun. You should have a firearms skill of at least 2 (you can buy 2 books for the firearms skill at trip's pawshop in Santa Monica), you get it without experience use. So run from him and keep shooting him, if your character's weak in fighting, it's the best way any clan can do it. It won't be easy though. Try to keep your distance.
Actually, since he deals aggravated damage, blood buffing won't help much. But if you have Fortitude, use it! Even if it's level 1. Use whatever disciplines you have at your disposal, (Fortitude, celerity, presence, mass halucinations, Auspex for the wit/per increase, blood shield) to help with the fight, keep your distance and shoot him.

Another tactic is not to enter the main hall, but stay in the T-cross hall and then shoot from over there with your .38 gun in the general direction of where Brother Kanker is obfuscating himself. He should appear after a few shots. Let him approach you and then run towards your left (left as your facing into the the main hall). There is a pile of debris which you can jump on and from which you can shoot at him at your leasure without him being able to hurt you. Don't run off to quickly or he will just return to where he was standing.

You'll miss out on the conversation with Brother Kanker though.
