Getting Argonian blood (spoiler alert)

I am only 4th level and am in the last stage of the vampire cure quest. I have given the witch everything except the blood but the only Argonians I know are the Chorral shopkeepers. I have tried to sneak attack them -using a ring of shadows - but they know its me (as I have already done the "save Dar Ma" quest). Plus I can't get out without caught by the guards for assault. Does anyone know a place where I can stab an Argonian without getting arrested? I'm playing a mostly good character! Thank you for any help!

In the very South-Eastern are of Cyrodill there is a place called Bog Water(i think it's the name) and there is an Argonian at the camp alone, just attack him then run. Do not kill him because he is for a quest.

If you fight in the arena you start out fighting humans but you'll eventually get matched up against some argonians.

Location of Bog Water? (possible spoiler alert)

Can anyone tell me what city Bog Water is near? I need to get Argonian blood as I am SO tired of being a vampire and think that would be faster than fighting in the Arena. Thank you for the help!

Spoilers!

Save the arena for the final deadra quest, as for the argonian blood unless you enjoy being a vampire, that 200 gold assault is a fine price to pay to not be one lol I whacked the shopkeeper and found a guard quicker then she could I was so eager.

Bad Vigilante! Bad! Bad!

I am so pro law, I HATE going to jail! Plus I like the shopkeepers! Don't mind stealing though! Just found out that the 3rd Arena battle is against an Argonian and as I've already done 2, I'm off to end my Pit Dog status and vampirism (crossed fingers).

O come on... you can get thrown in jail a min. Of one time it won't hurt, also you get another segment of quests... I am also pro law, but I needed vampirism gone. I hate it almost as much as I hate necromancers. So glad you can't get that!

Hey Bad Boy!

I am finally cured of vampirism! What a long pain in the rear quest! BTW, it was the 4th battle in the Arena where you get the Arconian.
