Decided to kick the habit a while back, successfully went cold turkey for quite a while...*cheerfully takes proffered smokable*...but a good mate is off to Amsterdam in a week or two, so we've been indulging in appropriate 'celebrations'.

Well - it depends on the habit - sometimes I stop toking for a couple of weeks (once it was even for 5 years) - and then there are periods when I light up daily... Just keep on top of it, and it's fun. Once it starts to interfere with your life it's best to stop..

SYM has definitely declined if there are no real tavern threads anymore...

Perfect for sharing that herbarette with resurrected, omg-where-have-you-been??? friends that you haven't seen in ages.

This new model even has a Duff docking port. N-joy.

Hmmm. A smoking herbarette in the receiver. Someone left it running, and the Duff meter is at the full mark. Why, don't mind if I do.

*presses the "Transcendental Gravity Defier" button, sailing up towards the ceiling in a cloud of swirling herbarette smoke. Notices Beldin floating around above the bar*

@Beldin: Glad you like the new toy.

Things progress here as they always have, beyond my control and random as ever. Who knows where I will be tomorrow? Or, for that matter, in the next ten minutes?

Whatever you do, don't press the "Photon Torpedo" button on the Vacuumatic. Worries.

Apparently his Weaselness has been advised by his doctor to join us here as stress therapy...Sounds like he needs a go on the vacuum...

@His Spankiness: Sounds like a plan. Help him out, would you? The "Photon Torpedo" button is the big red one right below the green one with the bunny rabbit icon. That should greatly assist his stress management efforts.

I'm almost comfortable with the idea of posting in here now. It's starting to look like this wasn't just a five minute "hello" thread followed by another years wandering. Get's kind of embarrassing saying hello to people who never show up again y'know
