Bush isn't a single individual. He's an ideological aggregate, a view of politics, economics and society that will continue to have great power long after Bush himself is out of office.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
Only when the "Idiocracy" (yes, title ripped off from the movie) ends, "everything" will be okay.
There are too many stupid people, in too many powerful positions, doing too many idiotic things, for it to be a "Bush only"-problem.
