TutuGUI mod v17

Post by Kree »

Hey all, ive been running Easytutu for a very long time and have only just decided to add the GUI mod (I prefer the look Ive just never bothered)

Anyway I was able to get it working for BG2 but I cant seem to be able to get it working for the Easytutu mod - ino ther words I still have the BG2 interface with Etutu

Does anyone know specifically where i should run the program???
I tried it in my BG Tutu folder but all it says is I dont have the lasted SOA or TOB installed (Which I most definately do)

Might want to post that up on the developer's site. I know they answer questions usually within a day, and are very helpful folk. :) I'd offer to help myself, since I use EasyTutu, but I've not run the GUI.

I've got EasyTutu going with the GUI mod, with no problems. Perhaps try running the Setup program again -- I found that when installing some of the Weidu mods on top of Tutu, some of them didn't install the first time. Check your weidu.log file, too -- I forget the exact line (not at home right now), but it should have a listing of the mod being installed if it in fact was.

Hijack

lol I may be hijacking my own thread but I thought it might be better than making another thread - with ALL of my isometric games (DnD or otherwise) I am getting wierd bars of 'fuzz' over the screen, with the bars stretching vertically - I can still play with just slightly annoying
Its happening with all my isometric games no matter how many times I reinstall them and it definantely my screen - it even carried over to my new computer rig

Above is a sort of example of the bars (if you can imagine the screen ends at the top of the bars and the outermost bars)
They are seethrough but they just fuzz of the surrounding pixels
I tried taking a screenshot but it isnt clear enough

thx in advance once again lol

@ Kree, please try to keep threads on their original topic even if they are your own threads. If the new problem is unrelated to the original problem then its always best to start a new thread, assuming that there is not already a thread on that topic (so always do a search first) :)

As far as this problem is concerned, if it is an issue with your PC or your monitor rather than a problem with the game, then you may be better off posting about it in GameBanshee's Tech Support forum.
