Cannot access Dragons eye level 4 - SPOILER

I have defeated Thorasskus, I have the medallion of lost followers, but i cannot open the door to level 4. I also searched level 3 for any monsters that Thorasskus might have summoned, didn't find any. Have I missed something?
Every day above ground is a good day.(Unless your an Illithid)

Figured it out, I was putting the wyverns spur in the basins, not the extracted poison.
