Dagon Shrine special reward (spoilers)

Hi!

Anyone ever managed to get that Argonian out of the Dagon Shrine alive? I did it yesterday. I was at level 11 and had already done Knights of the Nine quest so I had the Touch of Mercy (or what ever that healing lesser power was.) So, I chose not to give away my equipment and the door guard and the other fellow attacked me. After that I just got to slay everybody inside. After the Shrine itself was killed of foes I picked the Mysterium Xarxes (sorry bad spelling) and freed the Argonian. He surely runs like a wind and when he faces resistance he runs back towards me. So when he was low on health I tried to heal him (it'd be easier with heal on target spell...) and kept killing the guards. He made it out alive and greeted me outside the cave. It turns out he was a priest in the Temple of One in Imperial City (ever wondered why there wasn't a priest around? I surely did...) He told me to meet me there later. As I went there I received a reward: Increase to Mysticism, Restoration and Alchemy. I appreciate that reward :laugh:

i didn't free him at first cuz i need to to get the myserium xuras w/e so when i turn around i hear this big weird sound and a giant piller fell in him so i was like oh wellz

I did it once but I had to keep casting a paralyze spell on him so he wouldn't run ahead and get killed by the guards. He wasn't happy about it, but he lived

If you go to the cave before the Main quest can you join? I wanted the mythic dawn armor.

Like the thread below says you cannot get the Mythic Dawn Armor without some sort of mod. The armor is a conjuration that is not in the spell database. So naturally you can only get this armor with a mod.
