This is a glorious victory for the re-established spam empire. I believe drinks are in order. And Top Hats, we need a more fitting attire. I demand the biggest hat.

You got it. *Starts firing at the enemy. Enemy fell dead seconds later* Threat neutralised.
P.S. I ran into two enemies taking a leak on my way to you and plugged them both before moving on. They didn't know what hit them.

''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price

Wow. Now that's heavy duty stuff.Magelord wrote: My Chemistry teacher is a legend. He has a goatee. He's also a Jedi.

Well, Grace Williams was an excellent Welsh composer, but she never had a goatee, and I don't believe she ever taught science, much less chemistry.AmpaSand wrote:I once had a science teacher with a goatee, he left for wales or some other place in england. The goatee was bleached as well as his eyebrows and he had tatoos on his arms, Mr williams was him name anybody know him?
I have no information regarding any tattoos she may or may not have possessed.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

He's brilliant. He's just one of those teachers that makes stuff fun and understands boring schools can get. He can also take a joke.fable wrote:How is he as a teacher?
For example my friend was sporting his styling Llama fur hat when the teacher said "Why do you have a dead animal on your head?" Referring to MR J's goatee my friend replied "Why do you have a dead animal on your face?" Any other teacher would've thrown him in detention but instead he just laughed and took it as it was meant.
And although it's top set some of the stupider people managed to slip in and he managed to push their grades right up.
But the coolest thing is the goatee.

I'm sorry, but being disrespectful was anything but cool in my vocabulary...
... then again, maybe, just maybe, such a thing or context isn't being disrespectful on your side of the world.

If we're talking about the teacher here it wasn't disrespect. It was just a joke. All it was about was making people laugh. It wasn't meant to be disrespectful, It wasn't taken as disrespectful therefore it wasn't disrespectful.Maharlika wrote:I'm sorry, but being disrespectful was anything but cool in my vocabulary...

Of course.Sinister wrote:Such a thing or context isn't being disrespectful in a familiar relationship.
But then there is a saying that familiarity breeds contempt.
Fair enough. Hey, if the teacher wasn't offended by such a remark, and if that's the kind of culture that pervades in your school, then that's fine.Magelord648 wrote:If we're talking about the teacher here it wasn't disrespect. All what I'm trying to point out is that in our side of the world, we give a whole lot of respect to teachers and that we would find it distasteful to say such things.
And yes, even if it was meant to be a joke or a venue to lighten up on things.
