Valygars Home - Sentenced to death

I enter Valygars home and start a conversation wth Hervo, he said that he doesn't like the looks of me and leaves. Then some wizards and Amnish guards show up and tell me I have been sentenced to death. I know that I can take a different path with mine and Hervos conversation and not have to deal with this but I would like to know what crime I have commited to get the death sentence.

my guess is a VERY low reputation... Happened to me once but not there.

Yeah I don't think it has anything to do with Hervo. Sounds like you've been a very naughty boy (or girl) and the law has finally caught up with you.

You can go to the nearest temple and raise your reputation so that the guards stop coming for you.

my reputation is 14, the guards only come only if I make Hervo not like me. If he likes me than the guards wont come
