"You can do whatever you want to me."
"Oh, so I can crate you and hide you in the warehouse at the end of Raiders?"

Yet undead golems are impossible considering neither a golem or an undead have life. So, you can't take life away and then take it away again. Plus, golems are already immune to both magic, and sneak attack/critical hits.

True, they don't. But you never even mentioned negative levels to begin with.

You said "imm to magic as well as sneak attack" implying that the golem wouldn't have one of those benefits if it wasn't undead.

My point still stands that you can't have an undead golem to begin with, because golems never had actual life to begin with.

Closest thing to an "undead golem" would be a bone golem or a flesh golem (at least without using some unknown book of golems-rule book).

Of course, both of these are just golems constructed with dead limbs or bones, and not a stone golem becoming an undead stone golem. :p

Libris mortis

a really cool undead monster for your PC's to fight would be a Boneyard from the Libris Mortis book.

Undead Golem

I forget which book this is in, but if you have a wizard who makes a spell-stitched undead upon creation, you can have a undead golem. The problem is, the wizard/sorcerer would lose control of the golem that way.... could make for a good side-quest...
