when do you Recruit Dustil

I have the mod installed and everthing, I you meet Dustil in telos, but where exactly do you meet him.

I don't know what mod you're talking about and who is Dustil but I can give you a few hints. Make sure you've installed your mods to an Override folder in KotOR II directory. Since Kotor II doesn't have this Override directory you have to create it. Usually mods like these need to be installed before you start a new game or before you visit the world where you are supposed to meet with your new recruitable character, in this case Telos. Also I have to say that some mods together make conflict or are incompatible, like a mod that changes the outfit of the character which Dustil is meant to replace, or a mod that ads another recruitable character. And a lot of mods don't really work just because it's creator is occupied making another mod and doesn't even bother to release a new working version.
