Missing Mage Apprentice

Hi Guys......i Have A Problem Ive Lost Track Where My Mage Apprentice Has Gone.i Really Cant Remember And I Have Searched All The Places I Have Been And Had No Joy. Ive Already Tried Asking Some Of The Other Mages And They Say There Too Busy So I Was Wondering Is There Anyway I Can Locate/reset This And Ask Another Of The Mages At The University To Join Me Instead????any Ideas How To Solve This Would Be Great Thanks..

Hey mate, there are mage apprentices all over the arcane university. Simply ask another one to follow yo, as for locating your old one im not sure as i use 360

Actually only one of the many apprentices can follow you at a time so you have to get rid of the current one (get him killed) or send him back to the uni to "continue his studies".

SHARKY3131, are you the 360 or PC?

I had a similar thing happen with a DB follower. He died in a dungeon where I left him and none of the others at the HQ would come with me until his replacement respawned 3 days later. If you left your mage apprentice someplace where he's likely to get killed you can probably just wait a few days. If you left him someplace safe, however, you probably have to find him (unless you're playing on PC, in which case you can probably use a console code to dismiss him and get another one to follow you).

I haven't found any PC cheats for dismissing mage apprenticies yet so I would just hunt him down and kill him for being so incompetent
