CE enchants

Post by joe05 »

Well, we looked at "enchant armor" in the forum search and now I'm more confused :-)
The posts seem to mix clothing + armor in their discussion ... can I CE armor

I will find Saviour's Hide ... have Boots of Blinding Speed
That leaves me with all the other armor parts to enchant :-)

Will switch to Dark Brotherhood armor soon.
So, I'd like some reccomendations on what to put on my light armor.
I did not go spell crazy, so I'm asking now in order to have the spells ready for when I accumulate the gems.

Must be CE enchants because I can't hotkey quick enough.
I need them to stay on :-)

I like attribute enchants or anything to help me from getting killed quickly ... can I CE reflect to high levels ? ... did not notice it mentioned in the threads I read ... or a CE to help me in melee ?

I'm playing a Dark Elf.
My hotkeyed spells are ... Levitate, Open, Water Breathing, Hide/Invisibility, Paralyze, Night Eye, Telekinesis = these spells I seem to use constantly
I noted them, because one post noted CE a few ... at least that was my perception of the post
I'd rather not CE armor with a spell I use.

I hope I'm making sense :-)
I'm still working on CE my clothing = which will probably be STR or WILL
Will need one piece to counter Blind on the Boots.

Any help is appreciated.
I'm not even sure how many points the Brotherhood armor holds; per piece ... but every little bit helps

Thanks.

Glass tower shield, light / nighteye 45 pts
Greaves well anything that'll fit they hold about 10pts
pauldrons 1 pts each. (fire gun 1 pt fire damage on target, use a golden saint = 400 shots)
bracers, STR / INTEL.

Get exquixite clothes (shirt, pants skirt) and put 1 pts CE restore fatiuge and 2pts CE restore health.

Ampasand - thanks.
So I can CE Armor :-)

Boots of Blinding Speed = seems Savior's Hide 60% Resist Magicka helped, as I wasn't totally blind ... I used my belt and put 40pts Night Eye ... I checked boots on/off = seems I can see better
Found Savior's Hide.
Ring of Wind will be tough = never found it last game... will use it when I do

Clothing ... I have amulet, shirt, pants with no CE.
Armor ... helm, greaves, bracers and pauldrons with no CE.

Ok on all except............>

What is "fire gun".
Is that the fireball spell ?
Can I CE it ?

exquisite shirts/pants/skirts are great for 12 extra points on an attribute. I put STR on them so i can cary an extra 60 lbs. per enchantment.

pauldrons are useless for CE. With only 1 point of enchantment potential, the only thing you can do with them is cast when use.

FiresFriend - Yeah, put on the skirt ... it appears over my armor = I look strange(LOL)
I even put on a robe.
Covers up my armor + my arrows(... Suran Archery shop mod)

So, I guess we either look good OR add the skirt and robe ?
I have time to decide = no gems

Thanks for the advice/tips.

Just a note on the Boots of Blinding Speed. You can get your resistance up by drinking a few Resist Magica potions before you put them on and it negates the blindness.

I simply can't live without 1 point constant slowfall on an item, I usually stick it in a helm but any item with do (requires 15 points I think). Also I carry a bow with constant water walk so I don't have to deal with slaughterfish or the painfully slow swimming ~ the reason for a bow is because it's easy to weapon switch as opposed to armour (I can dive into water at any time) and the bow is useful for killing stupid Racers.

Other items I've found useful are constant water breathing, cast when used levitation (higher speed travel), nighteye, soul trap and generally anything I can fit bonuses to strength in.
Warning: logic and sense is replaced by typos and errors after 11pm
Spoiler
, it has yet to return

Well in that case fire up the CS and make your own custom enchanted items, and then place them in the game world where you can find them!:laugh:
