Congatulations!

The marks only matter in so much as they let you do what you want, so you win!

Does this mean you'll actually be going in the bath as well? - Curdis !

@Curdis: Mate, cut the kid some slack. :p

Maybe YOU need the bath too?!

Congrats Craig, hope youenjoy the celebrations. The only question buggiing me is why Bath? Presumably they were one of the few places offering the course you wanted. I know a lot of people like Bath, I'm an exception, but heck I'm weird and I admit it. What course are you doin BTW?

It does fly, I've been on here nearly 7 years. Geez! Perhaps it is time for a bath?

I picked bath because it's a good university, it runs my course and it's closer than Birmingham! I'm going to be doing Physics with Computing as part of a natural sciences degree with a year abroad!

I was only 1 point of an A in maths, and Nine of and A in Chemistry! So close!

I thought the whole idea of going to uni was to get as far away from home as possible.

I guess I'm still stuck in the good old days, when grants were enough to live on and there were no such things as tuition fees and student loans. Sad what nearly thirty years of right wing government has wrought.

1 Oxford
2 Cambridge
3 Imperial College
4 London School of Economics
5 St Andrews
6 University College London
7 Warwick
8 Bristol
9 Durham
10 King's College London
11 Bath

Of those bath was the only one that did the course I wanted and I had a chance of getting into. I would have applied to oxford or cambridge if I had been prepared (you need to apply early), but it would have required more effort on my part too.

You'd think that supposedly top universities, like Oxford and Cambridge, would take that into account when dealing with you. - Curdis !

I blame my school for not instilling me with a sense of ambition! :p

I go...no, wait I used to go to two separate schools (at the same time). I just felt more pushed to achieve better at the one I went to for my sciences. The whole attitude there was different.

I'd have described Axe Valley as a zoo, except the animals stay in the cages; it's more like a safari! Colyton Grammar school is just so much nicer a place to study!
