Sanguine Enterprise *Spoilers*

Post by Darnell Ribspli »

I'm having problems locating some of the Sanguine items.

Horny Fist: Need cheat code to spawn it. I completed quest long ago and I think I sold the gauntlet.

Glib Speech: Went to Ald Velothi, but there was no Thongar's Tradehouse there nor a Shotherra. Got info from this site as to where to find it. Error in the walkthru, or is the Tradehouse there, but separated from the town or something?

There are others I'm hunting down, but still haven't got there yet. Is it worth completing? ...for a spell?

I can help you with the Glib Speech one. It must be an error in the walkthrough, Thongar's Tradehouse, if I remember correctly, is in Khuul, not Ald Velothi.
I am the invincible Krank.

That's it...you can read the next post now...

Darnell - I'm a newbie, so this info was related to me from someone knowledgeable(...Ampasand)

The spell has "Fortify Attack".
If you CE it, I'm guessing from the tip/help/advice given to me, it is "powerful".

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

As for myself, I haven't found the person who starts the quest ... but I'm looking :-)

Good Luck.
When you get the spell, shoot me a PM or add a post here = would like to know just how good Fortify Attack is when CE'd.

Thanks, I'll check there. That'll leave only the Gloves of Sanguine Horny Fists!

Anyone have a cheat on that one so I can just spawn it?

SPOILER: The spell, Mephala's Skill, is great, but you can't really enchant an item w/ it. It is +10 attack for 60 seconds, and 50% chameleon for 60 seconds. You can enchant w/ fortify attack or chameleon, but not Mephala's Skill. Bummer, but it'd be overpowering really fast if you could.

Well, at least the beginning was correct. That much I can confirm. And the id for the item can easily be checked from Editor. I would do it myself right a way, but I don't have Morrowing installed at the moment and I'm feeling lazy and not going to install it...

Also, shouldn't there be number one (1) at the end of the cheat line?

Thanks, but, as you can tell, I already figured out the correct cheat code before you two posted! ;) The correct code is:
player->additem, "sanguinerglovehornyfist", 1

that is, for anyone else who is stupid enough to do the sanguine enterprise after having sold the sanguine horny fist glove at a random merchant somewhere in Morrowind... D'oh!
