Is the number of zombies in the "More Fun With Pestilence" quest potentially infinite?
Just curious, as I prefer to take a slow approach to my kills. In the "Traffik" quest, for example, I simply Obfuscated and made Silent Kills until I had the briefcase.
I've been killing the zombies in a room-by-room manner, yet have seen no signs of a shortage of zombies. Not only that, but the places I was sure were empty seem to be populating with zombies.
Despite the fact that I've been killing a zombie with every shot of my gun, it seems that the supply of the undead is limitless. Are they just respawning, or what?
This has probably been asked before, but...

Yes. At least, the limit is near enough to infinite that it's not feasible to try and take them all down. I noticed this when trying to clear out the rooms and had to retreat twice to a room I was sure I cleared out. Then I tested this a few more times, and they always respawn.
Ok, so it was a dozen respawns or so in my case, but it's enough that risking the damage and being swarmed is simply not worth trying to see where the limit is. Oh, and er....... in case you wanna know.

Spoiler
there are also other places with unlimited numbers too...

Thanks! I wasn't sure if there was just a BIG mess o'zombies, or if they were respawning. I had actually spent about 45 minutes, just sitting there and popping the zombies when they shamble into the room. Thanks to you guys, I stopped wasting time and ammo and made my way to the boss... but I still have a problem. I've gotten all the way to the Hollywood stage now, and here's my dilemma...
I'm on the Pimpin' For Romero quest now, and my character is female... but he doesn't want to schtupp her. No matter what I've done, outfit changes, opening the console and altering her bust, trying time after time, he still doesn't seem to respond to her advances.
When I talk to him, it only shows two responses I can make, one of which starts the quest for me to guard the cemetary, and the other merely exits the conversation with him.
What am I doing wrong?

 Pardon and forgive me for laughing, but I suppose... it's natural response. The game was designed to play without the use of the console, so adjusting bust sizes should be purely cosmetic and have no bearing on the game at all. Changing costumes was novel, I'd not think of it, being that it's just "armor" to me. Again since each clan have their own armor look, it should not matter to the quest.TheCountAlucard wrote:I'm on the Pimpin' For Romero quest now, and my character is female... but he doesn't want to schtupp her. I was not aware of the Appearance score... since by this time, I'd always have 2-3 points there already. Unless I was Nosferatu, which then, I'd not expect anything to happen.

To tell the truth, I had figured that it really wouldn't make a difference, no matter what I did on the console... I only did that because I could see no other options. My Appearance and whatnot were more than enough to meet the requirements...
I finally figured it out, though, after testing with a previously saved file.
You can only do it yourself the first time you meet him. If you accept the quest after that, you can only bring him a prostitute. It turns out I had met him while exploring some time back, so I can't do it myself unless I want to redo all that I had done since then.
...Not like that's a bad thing, really. After all, if you bring him the prostitute, the quest gives a heftier reward...

Back to zombies!
I myself before i had major proeblems with this game the first time round tried the whole masacre idea. Yup, they respawn. A kick in the teeth if you ask me. Shame the game doesn't award xp for kills eh? Anyways best thing i found was to leg it, kill the bishop and get out. Not many things shake me but those creepy zombies send a chill down your spine when playing in the dark.
