found a way to completely ignore speel failure

Post by Fallout skater »

well the feat battle caster from complete arcane provides this ( like the armor proficiency but only for medium and heavy armor) but u need to be able to ignore spell failure from at least light armor and I cant find such feat anywhere. Butt anyway I think this is a very useful feat.

P.S. -sorry about the title mistake

Be a Bard, Hexblade, Bladesinger, Duskblade, Knight Phantom,...
From Frostburn, get Ice casting (gives spells the [cold] discriptor) and a Bluesteel armour.
Be a Spellsword, amongst others.
Get Bracers of Armour.

Several ways to avoid ASF.

Actually, the ignore light armor isn't a feat in complete arcane but rather a class ability provided by the Warmage.
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

yes but it is still a way to completely ignore spell failure that no one mentioned :) I knew about the blue ice armor but with it u are avoiding the ASF for a certain group of spells.
but i have never heard of bracers of armor. Where can I see them?

It isn't THAT useful. Most classes that need it, get it already via class. Ofcourse, there are exceptions.
Bluesteel combined with the feat that lets you give Cold descriptor to spells is an original way to beat ASF.
Bracers of Armour are from the SRD. Wondrous Items.
