well the feat battle caster from complete arcane provides this ( like the armor proficiency but only for medium and heavy armor) but u need to be able to ignore spell failure from at least light armor and I cant find such feat anywhere. Butt anyway I think this is a very useful feat.

It isn't THAT useful. Most classes that need it, get it already via class. but i have never heard of bracers of armor. Where can I see them?
Bluesteel combined with the feat that lets you give Cold descriptor to spells is an original way to beat ASF.
Bracers of Armour are from the SRD. Wondrous Items.
