Universal Sword when dual wielding weapons
Wielding a "big" weapon in the off hand when using two weapons grant u a bigger handicap then wielding a "small" weapon and i was wondering whether the universal swords in the game count as a "big" or "small" weapon

The universal sword in the game is a one-handed weapon, of that I'm sure. I think it is under the meduim weapons range, but the penalties incurred for dual-wielding it is harder to determine.
Could be either light or not, but its effects are small, to say the least, because that sword gives you a substansial attack bonus when wielded. My advice, wield it as the off-hand weapon.

Frankly, I believe that it's a "longsword" or "scimitar" (I lean stronger with the former guess) with the weapons proficiency requirement removed.
Also, I find the weapon even with all it's bonuses wanting... simply because by the time you get it, you've already have weapons better than it, and more focused to your character's build and/or your play-style. And in the case of neither, chances are, you're not really bothered with a need for a weapon...
