Adalon Crash (spoiler)

Post by the.blode »

I took the portal to the underdark after spellhold and I'm up to where Adalon's asking me to get her eggs back from Irenicus. After I say the 'okay transform me ' (or whatever it is) line, the game pretty much instantaneously freezes up, I get an error message and the program closes.. Any ideas how to get around this? .. this is the first bug I've had so far in BGII - I've got the latest patches installed with no mods or anything

I had Problems like this when one of my disk drives stopped working. the only easy thing I can think of is do a full install, that way you don't need to change disks as much which usually helps.

I've tried this a couple of times today and it hasn't worked.. The result's still exactly the same.

I also installed the G3 tweak pack along with a couple of other simple mods but ran into a strange error.. When I go to install it opens up the script application fine and everything goes seemingly okay, but when I got to the third or fourth mod an error came up saying something like ' You cannot install one mod without finishing "insert previous mod/s" or you will get bugs" .. the thing is, All of them say they've been installed successfully, and when I open the setup application of the 'problem' mod, it comes up with the same message saying it can't be installed until you've finished installing it. It's a Paradox!!
