SOU how to find Deekin?

i killed tymofarra's (white dragon)
and reture to Blumberg , but not find Deekin?

where is he ?

now i have three artifacts , only lack of Deekin's one.

You need to kill J,nah first before you can talk to deekin, if you already did this then he will appear at another trigger location

i replay again,
and slay all creature what i meet.
when i get three arti, deekin will auto run to find me , and give me the last one.
