This is a long and involved quest, and it encompasses most of the areas in the Elven Lands. But, in short, you'll have to talk to Narako Misume at the Arindale inn, then talk to Elvithra Malvolin at her apothecary shop, then go to the House of Lords and complete the Trial of the Ancient Elders, and then finally find the Argalia armor in Ulm. ..........
i must be really stupid ,,because i can not navigate this site....this is a walk through?...i know there is more..it must be earthlink dial up service..i just don't know ..someone sent me the link for the trial of elders...so i know the ulm section must exist (where i find the armour) i clicked on guild quests then eastern and got what is above ..thats is all i can navigate to am i missing something here ..please help a complete noob

I'm not sure what your problem is. The walkthrough contains 8 paragraphs about the Fire Spouts Trial, and you seem to have seen none of them. And now you can't see the links on the navigation bar that say "Ulm Main Level" or "Ulm Lower Level"? The walkthrough isn't that complicated, but it requires a certain amount of reading comprehension to find what you need.
