Problems loading saved games

I am having problems loading saved games. Says I am getting a terrquad_readterrobjfileinfo:: invalid slot #3

It does it for every slot. Was wondering if there was a way to fix this.

Are you playing single player and trying to use saves from a multiplay game?

Are you playing multiplayer and trying to use single play saves?

Also, trying to use saves from an earlier version while playing the collector's edition c1.5 doesn't always work.

Trying to use saves from XP while playing Vista simply will not work. Trying to start a new game in Vista won't work either.

yeah we just got a new lap top with vista,

so does that mean you can save your games if you have vista? Or at least reload it to continue playing

..my solution was to just turn off the baby monitor.. err UAC.
