oblivion--boethias shrine

HELP==I am stuck as can't find this shrine.I have covered the area just below the M in Mountain with no luck--am on xbox360 any suggestions? I have found most of the mines,camps and other shrines in the area,VERY frustrating

I'll have to describe where it is by describing its position, relative to nearby landmarks.

1/ southeast of Doomed Mine
2/ northwest of Hame
3/ just east of Sercen Camp
4/ northeast of Fort Facian

And this whole area is just south of Cheydinhal.

This is a spoiler - but here is a link to a map which contains locations of every Daedric Shrine in the game. Well, the ones which will give you quest to do.
