Bug on Act 2 after crossroad keep! *may contain some spoils*

Does anyone know a fix for this bug?

This bug occured after having

zhjaive the githzeria cleric

joined my party for the first time. When i attempt to leave the neverwinter market district.. every location i go, (eg, docks, port llast, or crossroad keep) the game always crashes during loading time.. I tried loading other saved games before that but as always after having her in my party, I can't leave the market district because of this annoying loading crash.. anyone know how to fix this one?

By the way, my neverwinter version is the most recent one, v1.10..

I will appreciate any kind people here willing to help me.
