Need help - kicking out.

I am running a character through the OC before heading into MotB. I'm in Act III and (possible spoiler warning . . . . . . . )[Highlight to read]

I'm all through with getting allies, preparing the keep and killing a few Shadow Reavers. I'm at the point where I tell Nevalle that "The Keep is ready for the Shadow Army".

[Spoilers end here] It then begins to load the next part of the campaign, but crashes during the "Loading" sequence. It would be a real shame to have to end this now, given that I'm so close to finishing it. Any advice or help here?

(I've tried about 5 times and it crashes in the same spot every time. I hit the "update" button and it says there my version is up to date. I restarted my computer, no other programs are running, etc.)

Thing is , that I have the same problem , and others who replied to this thread in Bioware's official forums. Can someone help me (us) ?
