The Helpless Army, Shivering Isles (Spoiler)

I have gotten all the way to the font of Rebirth, destroyed the crystal and got the water running again. I got a message saying that now I should help clean up the rest of the Knights of the Order, but I cannot get any further. Cannot get through the locked door because a key is needed and can't find a key or anyone who has a key. Can't find any more Knights to kill either. How do I end this part of the Quest?
