Dungeon Siege II

Post by kahelag »

Hi, my game crash and I reinstall the game. I still have my save games. I made a copy of my saved games and put is in a different place so I can have it, if my computer or the game crashes. Everything is in thier rightful place. When I start the game, I have to start over from the beginning. Is there a way that I can bring back my save games. I read the readme file and I followed their instructions. the game still does not see the saved games, help is needed and thanks.

Another question: my main character can not advance in the Power section, but all other character do advance, thanks again. :>)

dying is easy, but living that scares me today.... :(

Nope, afraid not. DS2 has one of those save game problems where you can only have one and it's tied to so many different things that even the slightest alteration to the files could permanently destroy your character.

This is kind of vague, we might need a bit more. But just for fools luck, a few questions-

Do you have a bow equipped, or a combat/nature spell active? Are you trying to get access to skills in the Melee Combat section that require a certain level of the Combat Skill? Is you're character so high in level that each monster killed seems to give the most minuscule XP for combat and basic leveling.

I realize those are somewhat condescending, but it's always a given to ask, just likes it's a given to ask if one has his computer plugged in and that's the reason why it wouldn't turn on.
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

Hi, and thanks. question 1: yes ; question 2: No; Question 3:?, I'm level 36.
I finally fix my saved games. Started a new game and then after saving the first round, I moved my saved game into the new character and this worked!!!

Smile, it's contagioius...
