Sunken Urn(possible spoilers)

I just searched and didn't find any matches. I also have looked thru the guide for this and came up with nothing.

When I was exploring Crucible for the first time, I noticed that outside balcony that I now know as the Fighter's Club, I started jumping on the roof behind it. I got the idea of going on all the roofs for easter eggs. I put on my Boots of Springheel Jack, and got goin. Up there I found a pile of Quills(Feathers) and a Potion of Feather in the middle... get it?

Stay with me it gets somewhat better

There is a couple of these on Crucible rooftops, but the reason I post is that at the very last house there is an ordinary chair w/ beer bottles around it, and a key and note on the chair. The note says something about someone looking for him and he is safe on the roof, think the movie "Tremors," and he hid his possessions in an sunken urn behind the Taphouse. When I opened it up there wasn't anything good but I hope that's different for yo guys.
