HELP! Ch.4 Fight w/Aribeth & Ring?

Hey- I'm near the end of chapter 4 fighting Aribeth and I would really like to save her. In the Walkthrough on here it says I need to have the ring she gave me earlier on in the game in chapter 2 when she told me her story, but I have several rings and can't remember which one that was. Can someone help me? I want to save Aribeth and get those extra 500 exp. points. I'd prefer an e-mail if you can at baritonegal2007@yahoo.com

IIRC - it is simply called Aribeth's Ring or something similar.

i have the ring, and i wear it before conversat with Aribeth.
but in the end i still can not save her, we fight.

It is a dialogue option/path you must take.

Then what is the dialogue path? I don't have the ring I guess because I had a character I made it past this point, then wanted to be a higher level, so I saved the character and went back again to re-play chapter 2, so I don't have the ring. Has anyone saved her and knows the dialogue path?
