I have problem locating the stone that you need to activate the monolith in swamp, but I can´t find it anywhere.
I´ve also been to lionhead cult, but not there, and te only location closed is where the bandits stand, but I can´t bribe them or kill them.
can you help me?

Its found on the body of the cockatrice that you killed in the sewers.
