neone kno were 2 find the thieves who hav the venom throwing dagger/knife?

*EDIT* I have found what i thnk is the venom throwing dagger. i found it in an ulm chest. sory!
*EDIT* I waz wrong. it turns out that it was the venom dagger, not the venom throwing dagger. so my q still stands. sory 4 teh mixup!
Update: I have finally found the area where the VTD Thieves show up. I found one in the Northlands, but I didn't kill him when he had the TD in his hand.
