find Deionarra’s ghost at the lower ward?

This information is just for fun. Did anyone know that you can find Deionarra’s ghost at the lower ward? Actually you are not able to see her, but if you able to clear the fog at the upper left of the map; try to place your cursor at the edge… it will turn ? click it and you will hear her voice and a text shown, (refer picture) thanks,

A bug? Is your game fully patched?
