Im a little confused though. Were both factions of werewolves decendants of Baldurans crew? How did they become werewolves in the first place? and why did the one group on Baldurans ship not want to "Belong", so to speak. Or all these just things we're not meant to find out?

Wow *TotSC spoilers*
I must say I was quite impressed with the TotSC quests. At least the werewolf isle one, it had a nice story, and even the very small romance that was possible was done well. There were some nice, tough fights aswell.

It's been awhile since I played TotSC, but...
Wasn't the one group already on the island originally, and the other group was Balduran's crew that crashed-landed on the island, and became infected by the original group?

Why is it that whenever I finally get around to playing a new game for the first time,
I feel like playing Baldur's Gate for the second time...

Balduran looted an exotic land and upset the locals, who placed a curse on his crew. This is what turned them into the monsters they became. As for the two groups, they are the same except one group chose to accept their "human" side and the other their "animal" side. The ones on the ship chose to allow their beast-like cravings to take over and thus stay in wolf form - therefore not belonging with those who chose to try and subdue the animalistic cravings and stay in human form.
