i'v got valdanne's blood not but where to now?
i got his blood andafter i did that i went to that one unholy arc in the vale of ruin i tried using the viel of blood but nothing happendso am i looking in the right place or am i not undertanding something cuz i looked through the walkthrough alot alrea`dy but did not find anything so i'm going to look through it one more time right now so please leave ur answears if i'm not back yet.

yea i read that in the walkthrough
well if this helps imma tell u things i did from the time i was in the naga temple and after. now just please remember that this is not completly acurate
do to serving my memmorie. okey i started in the naga temple i searched a bunch through the place i went through tons of snake men (AKA naga)
i released the guards all of them and after while i did eventully kill everysingle naga in there except for the ones across that one big giant trap door i spent
a good 10mins trying to jump it cuz i did not see any other way to get in i went through the place and in some part of the temple i got the gold key i think that was the key that opened valdaane's celler door i released him after that i spent over 30mins trying to get out of the naga temple (lol i'm not joking i spent 30MINS in there trying to get out cuz going the opposite way of where u went looks different lool) and finnaly i got out of the temple after
that i was heading for the camp of minas taw where i had a realy realy strong gutt feeling where he was with sir falen but befor i did get there i killed
big Bad Mog and his two side helpers i got the key i just have not gotten the time to go back the the swamp of naga and get his shack in fact i don't think i'v ever found his shack i think i found someone elses after i got rid of them
i went and killed the marauder demigoth slaver minas taw after that i released
sir falen and after all the stuff i'v been through i do not remember most of the part of what i was going to say just now but after awhile i read the walkthrough and it said go back and talk to vurtagg so i did and the guy behind the bared window onley has the option of buying things so i went and done other things and while i was out killing things and adventuring for the kingdom of rome i came to think of something vurtagg mentioned he mentioned something about setting valdaan free and gathering something from lord graemere so maybe thats where i'm sopposed to go and do so after this post is up i'll go to the bollen fields and talk to him well i'm off to do some stuff leave ur posts here if u would and i'll get back to u as soon as possable

If you have gotten Valdane's blood then you have already freed him.
You'll not find anyone now at Bolen Fields.. (presumably Valdane makes it back to his father and they go back to their country-which doesn't exist in-game.)
..next thing on the list is going back to Vartugg. Try listening to what Vartugg has to say this next time.. and after talking to him open up your "quests" section to see that new quest that he has given you.

yea but if u read my second post.
you would have saw at one point i said mundruff will not let me see him at all
so thats why i'v been going around doing things and while i was doing other things i was looking for ways to get to see vartugg but i have nothing to see vartugg mundruff also took the letter from lord graemeres doughter and i never got it back and i'v been going back to the fort time after time to see if i can get in to see him and i can't see him the second time cuz that idiot behind the bared window WON"T LET ME IN and it's realy crawlling up my nerves right now cuz i'm not allowed to see vartugg at all even though i'm sopposed to go back and talk to him after releasing valdaan and i'm begining to think i released him fopr nothing i got him out i got his blood and now i can't cuntinue so what is going on i'm pretty much stumped out in confusion

Mmm... try using some more periods... I think I saw 1 out of all your posts 
Vartugg wants his eye. He would have told you this after you returned and showed him the vial of blood. The eye is from a monster in the Tomb of Souls. At some point, Vartugg will not speak to you again till you've placed 4 relics in the chamber in Talendor.
Any npc's or the game is NOT stupid. Instead of going helter skelter/slam bang, slow down and THINK and try to reason out what needs to be done (check often in your quest log (L).
I'm currently on my sixty fourth (64) trip through the game and always see only logic. The game is pretty open ended but some things will not happen unless some other things are done first.

Yes.. use punctuation AND some "formating" with paragraphs and line spacing.
Problems and solutions:
1. You don't have Valdane's blood in the vial. (unlikely.) Check your inventory to see if its red. (If you don't then see solution #3 below.)
2. You have the blood in the vial but you have somehow inserted a bug in the saved game you are playing. (still, unlikely.) If so, bummer - you'll need to return to an earlier saved game BEFORE getting Valdane's blood.
3. You have the blood in the vial BUT you didn't go through all the conversation dialog that Valdane had to say, and as a result he is still in his cell or in the hallway near his cell in the Naga Temple. (more likely.) If so, then just go back and finish the dialog with him. If however you distinctly remember him running upstairs from his cell in the Temple then this is NOT the case and there is no need to return then.
4. You completed the conversations with Valdane and had the blood transfered to the vial, BUT your inventory was full at the time and you left the vial of blood on the ground near Valdane's cell. (possible.) Check your Inventory to see if its there. IF it isn't then go back to Valdane's cell and pick it up (assuming it hasn't disappeared ..which it might well have, and if so then return to an earlier saved game).
5. You actually already HAVE seen Vartugg after obtaining the vial of blood AND already have the quest to take the blood to the Arc. (quite likely.) CHECK YOUR QUEST LISTING NOW! If thats the case then you need to run back to the Arc and place the vial of blood there, and wait for the messenger.
6. You missed the messenger at the Arc (and obviously already had gone to Vartugg with the blood). (possible.) Go back and hopefully she will be there. If not, go back to an earlier saved game.
7. The messenger didn't appear because the game was bugged (or she got caught up in the trees, etc.). (less likely.) Return to an earlier saved game.
