Dual Class?

I'm trying to make a Kensai/Mage and now that I'm lvl 9 I don't know how, the button won't work...

If the button doesn't work, it means you don't have the requirements.

To dual class from a Kensai to a Mage you need:

At least 15 Strength.
At least 17 Intelligence.

Short version: Have both STR and INT above 17, be human, be above level 2, be sure that the alignment is allowed, be sure it's a valid class etc. But since you obviously already have everything else, I'm guessing you're lacking in stats or isn't human.
