It is not possible to access this 'compartment', and as far as I know, there is nothing there, so no worries - you are not doing anything wrong.

I vaguely remember casting invisibility on the statue guy and then getting the stuff from the eye. I think there were some jewels... I'm in the area now, I'll check if it works ;) .

You need to change your nickname, you know.

To get the loot out of the statue, you must go away from it untill it gets covered in the 'fog of war'. This will make the dialogue-circle disappear, and you will no longer get the talk cursor when pointing to it. Click on the compartment while stading away, and let your character do the work.

We've already contacted "Kurwa" about this. Russian and Ukrainian are identical.

I can confirm this works, having used it in a previous run-through.

I think there's a diamond in the "eye" of the statue. I always loot it, using the TAB/fog-of-war trick.

By the way, that's a Polish vulgarity, isn't it? (I'm not sure exactly what it means due to the subtleties of Polish, but I know it's not nice.)

Yes it is Polish VonDondu, and definitely not polite. It can mean a few different things depending on the context, but all of them are of the soap mouthwash variety.

And I *think* it is the equivalent of the "f-word" or another word for a female dog.
“The world breaks every one and afterward many are strong at the broken places. But those that will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially.”

I just wanted to add that the statue eye is trapped, and to disarm the trap you have to do the same trick.

Good. I don't like hearing and seeing it more than I can help. What it basically means, is 'prostitute', with a highly vulgar conotation, and is used mostly to offend women, or as a 'coma' - a word some people just insert randomly into the sentence in order to be... hell if I know. It's not the female-dog (this one starts with s).

I registered awhile ago and I was frustrated with finding a nickname so I chose that thinking nobody would understand what it meant. Sorry if I offended anyone, I'll change it asap.

The invisibility trick works well, and yes there is a diamond.

That word in Polish can mean anything from hell to damn to what QuenGalad wrote all depending on context. what I find funny is that he registered in 2004  and is only now being asked to change it. Definitly rude in a forum such as this.
