HotU Ending Dialogue Bug - SPOILERS

Well, as said, its a dialogue bug. After finding the Reaper's True Name, I go to him, have him open the special door, then walk out. Then there's teh cutscene of the Waterdeep Militia fighting the undead drow, beholder and illithids. The camera pans backwards to show Durnan surrounded by magical shields with a mage next to him. Its about now where my character appears, however, no dialogue options show up, nothing happens except the militia keeps beating on the undead in the background. Its frozen like that.

I've tried reinstalling the game, didn't work.

I've patched the game up fully and that didn't work.

Mind helping me a little?

I had this exact problem. I was told that I had no choice but to restart the whole campaign - in either Ch. 2 or Ch. 3 (after reinstalling/patching). I haven't tried it yet, so I can't say if it works.

I have had this problem as well for sometime but I haven't tried un/reinstalling the game, just started a new campaign. Will have to un/reinstall, patch, and hope that does it.
