For those that run Vampire Bloodlines from ISO files like I do. I made them myself from my own disks legally. (I have 6kids, every game I have ever bought is destroyed (and a CD-ROM drive once every 6 months), I run everything from ISO after I buy the games.)

The Disk Emulator you use, in my case Deamon Tools, disable all disk emmulation and the game will run fine.
