Eyeless guy at the Hallowbrook

I saw this guy in Level 1. Who is he? He doesn't look like an Asian, so why are the eyes missing? Who could be so cruel?
Any Ideas?

Spoiler hidden:
Spoiler
When you're talking about the Sabbat, cruelty takes on a whole new meaning. But they may be exactly what I (and I know others have used them for); blood dolls, left around for food.

Not a spoiler, but related to one, so blacked out:
Spoiler
The term is 'cattle'. They're cattle for the Sabbat, and I make a point of killing every one of them on my way through (there are a lot more than just one). IMHO, what the Sabbat does with them is cruel, and what I do is a mercy. I cannot take them out of the hotel, they've been blinded so they can't find their own way out, and if I were to leave them behind, they would simply die a slow and painful death from dehydration or starvation. If I don't need them for blood myself, I break their necks or shoot them. Aside from what the Sabbat does to my ghoul, they are simply another reason why it is manifestly clear that the Sabbat should be exterminated.

Wha... I can't see anything! Seems like I'm the one whose eyes have been removed. I suggest you increase Gamma Correction and take a new picture.

I suppose those guys are just there so you can feed in this area, as some battles can get quite intense with Gangrels and Lesser Vampires around (but nothing that a good Trance + Feed wouldn't fix :) ). My reason for this thought is that one of these poor souls is locked inside a room which you can picklock to get your bloody reward.

Sabbats cruel? Pffft! If they were really cruel they would have tortured these dudes by forcing them to listen to Björk!
And so I left...

Killing the "cattle"

I also kill them...
You don't lose humanity because you do it out of compassion. But I also kill them to uphold the masquerade, they've probably seen way too much before they lost their eyes. Unfortunate. I avenge my ghoul and their suffering on the corpses of the Sabbat I kill.
