I don't recall seeing any Oblivion plants in the Shivering Isles, and the only daedra there are things like hungers and atronachs (no hearts).

However, several of the daedric shrine quests in Cyrodiil send you back to Oblivion where you can collect both daedra hearts and bloodgrass, even after you've completed the main quest (spoiler:
Spoiler
specifically, the quests for Peryite - hearts and bloodgrass, Boethia - bloodgrass but no hearts, and though Vaermina's quest isn't technically in Oblivion you can get hearts but probably no bloodgrass)
; if you need help starting the missions check the walkthroughs here:

If you've already done the daedric quests, there's still hope, but it's a little more time-consuming. You can usually find daedra in conjurer lairs. If you clean one out and don't have enough, you can wait three days for the occupants to respawn. For bloodgrass, you'll frequently find Oblivion plants growing in Tamriel near closed Oblivion gates. Again, if you can't find enough the first time through, wait a few days until it grows back.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

It's also possible to buy Bloodgrass, Spittal Sticks and other rare ingredients from some Alchemy merchants. The Dark Elven lady in Skingrad, and the guy in the cellar beneath the tavern in Skingrad quite often sell such things.
