Yep.. That's the cool thing about Azura's Star, you can learn the summon golden saint spell, or buy lots of scrolls of summon golden saint, and when you summon them, attack them and just before they are dead cast soultrap on them and Voila! you now have a golden saint trapped...

The best part is now, go to an enchanter and enchant an item with CE, but the Azura's Star never disappears so you can get tons of CE items if you have the money :D :D :D

Actually I just made an Exquisite Amulet that casts Summon Gold Saint. Then I use Azura’s Star to recharge the Amulet. Quite awesome against enemies.
I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel alright. I kill two dwarves in time of peace and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more.
I may be bad, but I feel good.

most awesome enchanted weapons i've created

chameleon self 100% .5 seconds..

due to a game engine limitation, draw weapon back for more than .5 seconds, and every hit does critical damage...

damage strength spells and weapons...a few casts or whacks, and the poor ascended sleeper just stands there, unable to attack, unable to move...damage magicka and it can't even cast spells...hee hee..time for torture... :p
They call me Darth...

Darth Gizka!

I'm convinced that I have developed the greatest weapon.

Ebony Scimitar
Damage Health 100 for 2 secs.
Vivec's soul
=243 damage per hit, for roughly 15 hits

PS: FEEL THE POWER OF RESSURECTION
(at least I didn't make a new topic)

A self-enchanted Ebony Staff takes some beating. Enchant it with a max area Absorb Health and nothing can stand against you. I never found Umbra much use, if it had soul trap on striking instead of on use it would have been much more useful.

The Ebony Staff is basically what I used for inspiration, as the scimitar has only 10 less enchant points, and actually does half-decent damage when you run out. Which makes it better. I suppose you could go with absorb health, but I prefer damage health, I never lose any anyway.

Strangely I don't remember coming across the Ebony Scimitar, maybe that's because I've rarely used Long Swords. I'll have to check it out if I can find one.

I just noticed Bloodthroes contribution, and he's right about open-hand being very effective. Using that is the easiest way I've found for taking down Vivec.

they're only found on High Ordinators :mischief:
and only the regular High Ordinators, because her hands have enchanted ones that defeat the purpose.

Zench wrote:My favourite would have to be The black hands dagger, does some pretty nasty things to nearly anything, plus it has absorb health for what? 30 seconds.... not bad...

Also can you enchant bows? ive tried it just doesnt seem to work...
Now as far as daggers go, I am partial to the Fang of Hayenkammenut or whatever it's called. Seriosly; a dragon fang made into a knife that does 10-30 base damage, plus around 20 shock damage if I remember correctly. It's like a shrunken claymore.

I also really like Skull Crusher, which is only like 15 pounds, does 10-60 damage and has feather on it. And it's so hard for me to pick favorites when I've found and collected nearly every artifactual item in the game...

Best Weapons, pick your poison

For my Bard I generally alternate between:

Ebony Scimitar of Slaying
Damage: 1-40 somthing
Cast on Strike: weakness to magicka 100% for 2 secs
damage health 100
- A one shot kill for just about anything, regardless of resistances

Ebony Scimitar of Fear
Damage: 1-40 something
Cast on Strike: damage health 10-20ish on touch
blind 100% for 10 secs in 50 ft
- Tried this with demoralize but blind seems to be much more effective. Hit something once and watch everything in the area run away from you. Great for clearing out massive amounts of enemies to get that valuable few seconds of peace.

Directions for use:
1: Piss off a whole lot of monsters, people, daedra, gods, etc.
2: Start whacking away with Ebony Scimitar of Fear
3: Cast any defensive magics, equip armor, write a ballad, hum a tune, fantasize about g/f
4: Equip Ebony Scimitar of Slaying
5: Slay your foes in one hit each as they filter back to you after their jaunt in darkness
6: Rinse & Repeat

Ya its kinda cheesy, but I did it with no cheats/ exploits. I'm a reincarnated god and it shows.

i like the sword of white woe. its a long blade found in guard tower in balmora. i like it cause its kinda light for a long blade and it kills most things wit a couple hits asuming u have a long blade skill of at least 45.

I'm quite surprised to see no one mention Keening or sunder, even though you get them late in the game, they are still kick ass weapons!

i use sunder a whole bunch, i love its effects, and i miss how in the regular game, you could switch between keening and sunder with X+R and have like 40,000 str and speed and agility and luck and health and fatigue and magicka, it was like the ultimate reward for being the good guy.....but nooo, GOTY got rid of that, but oh well , the expansions were well worth it

Hopesfire or Truflame

i gotta say that from the GOTY edition on xbox or compy, Truflame and Hopesfire r my fav wepons big time, u get both of them during the Tribunal main quest, u build truflame to get it, and u kill Almalexia for Hopesfire, along with my armour set of lords mail, Masque of Clavicus Vile/Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw, chaldoons boots, Her Hands greaves, RT and LT fists of Randagolf (my spelling might be off) stalhrim pauldrons, Hunters Amulet of Strength, stalhrim shield, Moon and star ring, and the Vampiric Ring, With a heck of alot of other great stuff. im unstoppable, a level 24 imperial with all that! id like 2 see some1 better that character!:mischief: :D
