Not Able To Buy Level 4 Spells

Well, I can't buy 3 of the spells to level 4 in Fable: The Lost Chapters (PC)!

This is weird, I spent around 2 hours harvesting EXP and I bought all of the skills to level 7 then I spent another good while getting EXP for the spells! I bought all of them up to one of them where I couldent level up to level 4. I forget which one it is but I thought, must be a glitch, lets restart the game. So I did, but it didn't work, so I thought, well, meh, let's buy some other spells. And again, 2 more didn't level up to 4, instead I got an "Undo Level Up" notice and no Buy notice, even though I have over 700,000 experience spare, I can't level these spells up.

Watch the start of this video, you'll notice that I'm level 4 on everything except 3 (Only 2 are shown because of the text coming across the screen)

Can anyone help me out here? Also, note that I DO have 700k+ EXP.

I remember the names - Turncoat, Drain Life and another one, which I can't see in the vid.

you need to be very evil or very good for some spells to master them.

IIRC.
Good: Heal, Phys Shield, Summun, somethingsomething
Evil: Berserk, turncoat, drain life, somethingsomething.

These skills can be trained till lvl 3 if you are the oppssite side.

In the upgrade bar, "evil" spells have a red bar for lvl 4 and "good" spells have a blue bar.

If you are VERY BAD (for the spells) and want to become very good again, but you don't have any quests remaining, go to Cliffside path as show in picture in this post. There are unlimited Undeads spawn giving + 2 good point each kill. If you already finished the game and have Avo's tear or Sword of Aeons then they will die in one hit. Pretty easy. Combine with Physical Shield and you can farm Combat Multi until you get pissed off and go to play something else

That is because for Drain Life, Turncoat, and Berserk you need full evil points. Thats why I bet you see a red block on the bar, preventing you from advancing? Go kill a village! Pillage and plunder! Murder your life's worth. And when you are ready, come back to me... my apprentice... muhuhahahahahahahahah!!!!
