Torches won't light?

Does anyone have this problem? Torches work normally at the beggining of the game and suddenly at some point never work again.

I seemed to have that problem after downloading the official updates (which left me to reinstall my game after some more aggrivating bugs anyways). Seemed to clear up after I equipped the torch again, if I'm not mistaken.

You're welcome.

Just tested with the original unpatched version of the original game (minus the expansion). My torches seem to work when I was in the Merchant District of Neverwinter.

Indeed. The game was most bug free for me when it was the original, minus the expansion. Either the updates did more harm than good, or I am just one incredibly lucky fellow.
