Can't Marry in Bowerstone North

I've turned down Lady Grey by betraying her in the quest Investigating the Mayor, and became the Mayor of Bow. North. Now I just want to marry someone there, but everytime i talk to her (I already gave her a wedding ring) she says that I need to own a house, and I own everything in Bowerstone North

... How can I still marry her?

If you have rented out the houses, you cant use them for mariege.
Or maybe its just a glitch..

Do you? Being just a major does not means owning anything, IMHO. Even the manor may be under doubt, it may be counted as an office.

indeed. I dont think that the manor would count as a house because it is a different map.

To mary in bowerstone north you need to:
Get all residents of a certain house to follow you, walk outside towards the prison, kill them, and than buy the house and not rent it out.
Next you will need someone to like you.
Flirt and give them presents than.
Eventualy a wedding ring, when they ask for it. ("a wedding ring would be nice")
Agree to mary.
