i have started the quest, gathered a lot of evidence and now when i talk too sand he tells me we got enough and that we should return too the castle.
And this is where i am stopped, i can travel too some places but not the castle or Blacklake. If i go too the ducks, travel too the merchant quarters and into the Blacklake district door it just goes out too "world map".
Any idea how too get into the castle?

Check your journal and see what bit of evidence have you not followed up on.
Sand will tell you that you have enough evidence, long before you actually find it all. I recommend that you continue to search a little more, as in visiting a certain ghost town, and look around. Hints hidden below.
When you are ready, just tell Sand and you can go to Blacklake and tell Neville you are ready to start.
And of course, if you have done all that and more, and Blacklake is still not there, then you may have an error and need to start from an earlier save. Doubtful but possible.
For if you have done all that, Blacklake should be on your map again.

These are only a few things you can do in addition to the obvious ones.
Also have you spoken to Nya yet? She is a merchant in Port Llast. Did you Do her quest?
How about Marcus? Did you find him? Hint: listen carefully when searching for clues in Ember.
Did you talk with Alaine in the miltia office?
Find a log book and read it?
Talk with, and fooled or fought Lyssa in the Duskwood forest? Get a sample of the powder from her?
Find the Luskan connection?
Allow Sand his mini autopsy?
And even more pointers, such as talking with Shandra, Bishop, and Sand. Not only is there influence to be gained here, but they actually have information for you. They can even point you in the right direction.

It seems to me that your problem has most likely got to do with triggers not firing or broken map links. The only thing I can suggest is updating your game, or realoading from a previous save where you could still travel to the Blacklake District.

I seem to have the same problem. Got the quest, got all the clues listed above, and talked to Sand, but still no Blacklake on the world map. The world map was completely empty when Nasher forbade me to leave Neverwinter, and when he gave me permission to go to Port Llast to investigate, only about half of the places that used to be on the map came back. The merchant quarter and Blacklake are both missing (the only Neverwinter location on the world map is the docks).
I was desperately hoping that this was a puzzle and not a bug, because for example, I can move between the docks and the merchant quarter via the warehouse even though the merchant quarter is missing from the world map. But is there a similar route to Blacklake? Or an NPC who can "teleport" me there?
If this is a glitch, is there a console command to add a location to the world map, or even to teleport directly to Blacklake?
It's gonna suck if going back to a save game is the only option, because the last one I have before the glitch occurred is way back.

Can the answer to this question be "No"?

Aside from your first foray into the Blacklake District, there will be no one else to teleport you into it. It is a first and last thing and every subsequent time you wish to travel back to it you have to use the world map.Belthan wrote:But is there a similar route to Blacklake? For your second question, I believe there should be a console command to add the Blacklake District to the world map. But I'm not sure as to what it is.
