Asylum

I have read all the Walkthroughs that i have been able to find and none of them tell me where I can find the pirate captain named Saemon, I have looked all over the place for him, but I can't find him. I would be grateful for any insight as to where he is.

So as far as I understand you have yet to enter the Asylum? Right? If that is the case then you do not need to find Saemon. Instead, you need to find Desharik, who is in the house located at number four on the map in GameBanshee's walkthrough.

I looked in the house that is numbered 4 in the dock's district but that it just Valygar's home. I went there anyway though just to be sure that Desharick or whatever wasn't there....he wasn't. So what district is he in. or IF he is in the dock's district where is he???

the asylum is not in athkatla o0

you first need to seek help from a guild, once more read the walkthough if you have problems, it nearly covers every content from the game

Oooooh, you mean the Shadow Thieves. Well, first you have to go to Galean Bayle in the Slums District, pay him 15k, he'll give you a key, then you return to the docks and go to the Shadow Thief hideout. You'll need to find a hidden door to go farther.
