You have to find and kill the Lava Trolls. The trapped entrance is on the Beggar's side of the sewer.

A more specific area

WARNING: SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!***********
In the lava trolls area, theres a "BOSS" there, named Lava Troll Master, from where he is located, theres is a hidden wall near him, that you need to detect with detect traps/hidden walls skill, i have a very low lv in that(23 to be exact) and i can detect it, but in there, you'll find the lost boy

In the sewers where the lava trolls are, you go to where the big momma lava troll was and use your find traps/secret doors. i dont know how much skill you need, but you should find a wall with the kid in it.
