How is actual weight lifting or body building included in the game ?

I think November meant bodybuilding, or increasing stats by lifting stuff (you know, going to gym and so on...) ;)

But as Greg said, so far it hasn't been implemented, but I think that the extra stat point every 4th level is meant more or less to illustriate this.

I'm too lazy to check the link (forgive me :p ), but I suppose a manual of strength would count towards weight lifting (at least if you consider a manual something you train with, instead of a reading manual).
