I have tried to enhance the 'Flail of ages' with the Poison Head found in the Watcher's Keep, but somehow I haven't been able to make either Cespenar the Imp or Cromwell the Smithy joining the items. The Magic Furnace in the Keep d'Arnise didn't do it either. What should I have done in stead?
Cespenar is the one that will do it, once you've reached ToB. You'll need about 5000 gold to spare as well. Make sure both items are not in your Bag of Holding if it does not work.

Flail of the ages is one mean weapon. Very cool to that they have upgrades for it in ToB since it is about the first "great" weapon you can get and finally it is also probably one of the "best" if not the best.
