Leave Sahuagin City

I don't understand how to leave the Sahuagin city, I've done all the quests and got two ropes. In the description it says that you can go to the Underdark through the "hole" the Sahuagin guards...
Where is this hole? :S

you remember where the prince stood when you talked too him ?

in the south east corner, there is this "hole"
